Supplemental Pleading: Certificate of Compliance with Mandatory Disclosure

Florida Law requires certain financial documents to be produced in most family law cases. These documents include tax returns, bank statements and pay stubs. So if you are thinking of filing for divorce, it is important to have access to these documents and to prepare them to be filed. Once the person serves these documents to the other party, they must file a certificate with the court to let the judge know that the party has complied with these requirements.
